    The Draw became the first event celebrated in the newly open building of Minsk city hall, ruined more than 150 years ago and recently restored in the historic place and base.
     The Draw had to name the matches who will oppose each other in the court of Minsk football manege in the following 3 days (February 6-8). The Chairman of Minsk city executive committee Mikhail Pavlov warmly greeted the guests and participants of the tournament.
