	In the sphere of health care – Ostrovsky Yuriy Petrovich (chief of Cardiac Surgery Laboratory of Republican Scientific and Practical Center "Cardiology");
	In the sphere of higher education and science - Romanyuk Fedor Alekseevich (pro-rector on scientific activity of Belarusian National Technical University);
