Minsk City Executive Committee

Diploma in the category of "Public Administration" was presented on 29 April, 2011 at the XVIII International Exhibition and Congress "TIBO-2011". The developer: Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Center for Information Technologies of Minsk City Executive Committee".

Public showing of global and domestic developments in communications, telecommunications, software, banking technologies, office equipment and consumer electronics - the exhibition "TIBO"- has been held in Belarus since 1994. According to different experts the exhibition has made its significant contribution to the process of informatization of the country. Annually the exhibition and congress "TIBO" that are regularly called the "mirror of the market of telecommunications and information technology" are attended by more than 30,000 professionals.

At the exhibition "TIBO" they conduct a large-scale analysis of the quality of the content of the Belarusian Internet and show up the best online works - competition for the best online resource ("Internet Prize"). "Internet Prize" TIBO" is a professional award of the Organizing Committee of the Exhibition and is awarded annually to network works created in the Belarusian sector of the Internet for their significant artistic, technological and socio-cultural developments in information, culture, art and education. The jury is traditionally composed of experts in the field of information technologies, representatives of creative unions, academia, media, state administration bodies, businesses and organizations of the Republic of Belarus.
