06 May 2010 → Estonian investors to finance spa hotel project in Minsk Region

A spa hotel in the Minsk Region will be built in 2012, BelTA learnt from Elena Brok, deputy chief of the physical education, sport and tourism department at the Minsk oblast executive committee. The official is attending the international workshop, Sustainable Rural Tourism: Learn It, Use It.

The spa hotel, the only one of its kind in Belarus, will be located in the premises of the Urozhajny equestrian center in Sennitsa, Minsk Region. The documents necessary to start the construction have been already signed. A contractor organization will soon get down to work. The construction will take two years.

The project will be financed by Estonian investors. The hotel will attract both Belarusians and foreign citizens. “A beautiful area surrounded with century-old forests, horse rides and spa treatment will make it an irresistible vocation spot,” Elena Brok said.
