31 December 2010 → Minsk City Hall to coordinate High-Tech Park site development
The Minsk City Hall is set to coordinate the site development of the High-Tech Park (HTP), says the relevant presidential Decree No.10, which introduces amendments to Decree No.12, “On the High-Tech Park”, of 22 September 2005, BelTA learnt from the presidential press service.
The HTP residents and administration preserve the right to coordinate the construction of production and social buildings by agreement with the Minsk City Hall.
The decree also lays down provisions for legal entities to preserve the status of the HTP residents, when they undergo reorganization.
The HTP residents are authorized to rent their idle premises within the HTP and provide their employees with home loans.
The implementation of the decree’s provisions will facilitate the prompt construction of the HTP facilities and increase its efficiency.
The decree comes into force three months after its official publication. It will be submitted for consideration of the National Assembly of Belarus.
