21 February 2017 → Belarusian Cuisine Week will begin in Minsk on February 27

According to the information delivered to the “Minsk-news” agency correspondent at the Main Department of the Consumer Market of the Minsk City Executive Committee, the 13th Belarusian cuisine Week will be held in the capital from 27 February to 5 March.

At 102 public catering facilities visitors will be treated to dishes of national cuisine. This time, the following dishes will be offered:

- Jellied carp at the price of 4 roubles 50 copecks;

- Krupenia (rich soup with pearl-barley or millet) at the price of 2 roubles 50 copecks;

- Vereshchaka with pancakes (pancakes served with mushroom or meat sauce) at the price of 8 roubles 50 copecks;

- Potatoe klotski (kind of dumplings) with meat inside at the price of 6 roubles 50 copecks;

- Semolina pudding with curds at the price of 3 rubles. 50 copecks;

As it was emphasized at the Main Department of Consumer Market of the Minsk City Executive Committee, the dishes will be prepared by uniform formulas and sold at the same price, regardless of the type and class of the catering facility. The menu is designed in conjunction with the brand-chef restaurant chain "VASILKI" (cornflowers).
