The copy of the artifact will be delivered to Minsk on 3 May. The church will hold excursions on Wednesdays and Saturdays in May at 2h00pm.
The copy has been made in Turin, Italy. The original Turin Shroud is a linen cloth of 4.36 meters long and 1,11 meters wide. According to the Catholic Church, the original shroud was placed on the body of Jesus Christ at the time of his burial and the face image on it is the Holy Face of Jesus. The Turin Shroud is sometimes called the “Fifth Gospel”.
