11 September 2009 → Yuri Demidovich to present Belarus at Junior Eurovision 2009Yuri Demidovich with his song Volshebnyi Krolik (The Magic Rabbit) will present Belarus at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2009, BelTA has learnt. Yuri Demidovich and Zlata Larchenko from Derzhinsk were the major rivals at the finals of the national children’s contest Song for Eurovision. Due to a decision of the jury and the public opinion, the maximum 12 points went to the song Volshebnyi Krolik. The Eurovision finals will take place in Kiev on 21 November.
