25 November 2009 → Minsk summit to adopt declaration “Towards Digital Future”

Declaration “Towards Digital Future” will be adopted at the International Summit on Information and Communication Technologies which will take place in Minsk on 26-27 November, Nikolai Strukov, Deputy Minister of Communication and Information Technologies of Belarus, told the 41st session of the Council of the Heads of Communication Administrations of the Regional Commonwealth in the field of Communications (RCC).

“The document will finalize the results of the work of the summit,” Nikolai Strukov underscored.

According to Yuri Grin, Deputy Director of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the main goal of the declaration is to help the ITU members get information to carry out the investment policy in information and communication technologies.
