Functions To develop cost estimates for the maintenance of the administration and its departments and accounts to it in articles and sections of the budget classification, expenditure on the use of extrabudgetary funds. To interact with: heads of industrial enterprises, heads of enterprises and associations of transport and communications, heads of banks, free economic zone "Minsk", public organizations of employers and tenants. To interact with: the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus, Minsk garrison military institutions. Complying with the established terms and conditions, to provide support to citizens, government bodies as well as enterprises, institutions and organizations to protect their rights and implement their responsibilities.
