| Provides overall guidance of the activity of the Leninsky District Administration, is responsible for the managing personnel development, reserve personnel.
Is in charge of:
- financing and implementation of the budget expenditures;
- observance of legality and maintenance of public order;
- implementation of the state personnel policy with senior officials, and their reserves;
- mobilization plans, area and civil defense;
- development of international sister-city relations.
Supervises the activity of:
- Department of Internal Affairs of the Leninsky District of Minsk;
- Finance Department;
- Department of Organizational and Personnel Work;
- Legal Department;
- Department of Accounting and Reporting;
- Chief Expert of the Administration on Coordination of the activities of administrative bodies and mobilization work.
Interacts with:
- Minsk City Executive Committee;
- Minsk City Council of Deputies;
- Structural units of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, the Committee of State Control of the Republic of Belarus;
- Leninsky District Prosecutor's Office;
- Leninsky District Court;
- Leninsky District Management Department of the State Security Committee in Minsk and Minsk Region.
Heads the commissions:
- Certifying Commission (heads of the Administration structural units and directors of communal enterprises).
During the absence of the Head of the Administration his duties are performed by his First Deputy.
