"Management of the Building metro" was created indicating the Ministry of Transport of the USSR number N-12853 on April 21, 1977, in accordance with the order of the Council of Ministers on 4 February 1977. № 264r.

The main objective of the organization - coordination of all members of the investment project, quality control of performed works, as well as compliance with regulatory deadlines for construction.

With the participation of the Board of Directors, serving as the customer, was built and put into operation two subway lines (35,43 km) with 29 stations and two elektrodepo:

      ♦ 29 June 1984  –  Plot the first line from the station "Cultural Institute" to the station "Moskovskaya".
 ♦ 26 December 1986  –  The second part of the first line from the station "Moskovskaya" to the station "Vostok".
  ♦ 30 December 1990  –  The first section of the second line from the station "Frunzenskaya" to the station "Tractor Plant".
   ♦ 7 November 1995  –  The second part of the second line from the station "Frunzenskaya" to the station "Pushkinskaya".
    ♦  7 November 1997  –  The third section of the second line from the station "Tractor Plant" to the station "Avtozavodskaya".
  ♦ 5 September 2001  –  The fourth section of the second line from the station "Avtozavodskaya"to the station" Mogilevskaya ".
  ♦ 7 November 2005  –  The fifth section of second-line from the station "Pushkinskaya" to the station "Stone Gorka".
  ♦ 7 November 2007  –  The fourth part of the first line, from the station "Vostok" to the station "Uruchcha".
 ♦ 7 November 2012  –  The third part of the first line, from the station "Cultural Institute" to the station "Petrovsсhina".
 ♦ 30 May 2014  –  The fifth section of the first line, from the station "Petrovsсhina" " to the station "Malinovka".
