• Identity document (for individuals);
• State registration certificate (for legal persons);
• Technical passport or some other document confirming the ownership of the vehicle;
• Two photos 3x4;
• Document processing fee to be paid makes up 6 500 (six thousand five hundred) rubles.

To renew the contract due to the purchase of another vehicle one must submit the following:

• Identity document (for individuals);
• State registration certificate (for legal persons);
• Technical passport or some other document confirming the ownership of the vehicle;
• Registration form (to be taken at the parking lot);
• One copy of the previously signed contract;
• Two photos 3x4;
• Document re-processing fee to be paid makes up 2 400 (two thousand four hundred) rubles.
