The Minsk City Territorial Fund of State Property is a government administration territorial body of the State Property Committee of the Republic Belarus, as well as a structural subdivision of the Minsk City Executive Committee which carries out specific functions (executive, supervisory, regulatory and others) in the spheres of management, disposition, privatization, valuation and registration of property owned by the Republic of Belarus, and which is also the communal property of of the city of Minsk.

Its lower authority is the Municipal Unitary Enterprise ‘Minsk City Real Estate Center’.
