Kukharev Vladimir Yevguenyevich
He was born on April 21, 1972 in the village of Timonovo, Klimovichi District, Mogilev Region.
In 1993 he graduated from the Mogilev State Pedagogical Institute named after A. Kuleshev; speciality: history, qualification - teacher of history, socio-political disciplines and basic rights.
In 1999 he graduated from the Belarusian Non-governmental Institute of Law; speciality: law, qualification - lawyer.
From 1993 to 1994 - Headmaster of the shortened secondary school in the village of Borisovichi, Klimovichi District, Mogilev Region.
From 1994 to 1999 - Headmaster of secondary school № 3 in the town of Klimovichi, Mogilev region.
In 1999 was appointed chief specialist of Citizens' Relations Office of the Organizational Work Department of the State Control Committee of Belarus, Minsk.
In 2000 he was appointed chief inspector at the Personnel Inspection of the General Department of Inspection and Personnel Work of the State Control Committee of Belarus, Minsk.
From 2001 to 2008 - Head of the Secretariat of the State Control Committee of Belarus, Minsk.
From 2008 to 2009 - First Deputy Chairman of the Minsk region State Control Committee, Minsk.
Since December 10, 2009 - Head of the Administration of the Tsentralny District of Minsk
