Minsk City Executive Committee

2.4. Upon the presentations of the state rewards of the Republic of Belarus to the city of Minsk. Upon the presentations of the state rewards of the Republic of Belarus and the rewards of Minsk City Council of Deputies and Minsk City Executive Committee to the district or organizations;

2.5. During the raisings of the flag of the city of Minsk at the ceremonies and other solemn procedures, conducted by the municipal state and public bodies and organizations.

5. The hymn of the city of Minsk can be performed in orchestral, choral, mixed or vocal and instrumental version. The means of sound recording can be used.

In cases of vocal and vocal - instrumental performance the hymn of Minsk city is played completely, while in cases of instrumental performance the partial performance of the hymn of the city of Minsk is allowed - it is played solo and refrain one time.

6. The hymn of the city of Minsk must be played in the precise correspondence with its original text and music.

7. During the public performances of the hymn of the city of Minsk those being present listen it on their feet, men take their hats off, servicemen apply their hand to it.

8. The rules of the performance of the hymn of the city of Minsk in the military detachments, agencies of internal affairs, educational institutions, while conducting city holidays, festivals, competitions, sport competitions, or corresponding actions in the territory of foreign states are based on the requirements of the present statute.

9. Control for the precise execution of the present statute is laid upon the leaders of the municipal and district state and public bodies and organizations.
