We invite you to participate in the international tender for the development of the territory within Kalvariyskaya st. – Tuchinsky lane – Timiryazev st. in Minsk.

On the plot of land there are facilities that belong to the following organizations:

• Minsk Shoe Joint Stock Company "Luch";
• Higher Training College of Light Industry;
• Joint Limited Liability Company "Interabelstroy";
• Closed Joint Stock Company "Trade House Luch-M";
• Production Private Unitary Enterprise "Promoveks";
• Joint Limited Liability Company "Autobusiness";
• Municipal Transport Subsidiary Unitary Enterprise "Minsk Metro".

The main conditions of the tender:

• demolition, conversion (reconstruction) of the facilities of the industrial complex of JSC "Luch";
• recommended functional composition of the multifunctional complex facilities;
• financing, designing and construction of engineering and transport infrastructure at the investor’s expense;
• compensation of JSC "Luch" damages (about 100 million U.S. dollars) with advanced payments from 2011 on schedule for the construction of a new shoe factory and the vacation of the land plot by 2016 to be ready for development by individual land users in accordance with the law.

The winner of the tender can be a party whose bid has advantages in comparison with the proposals of other parties, and the submitted documents comply with the conditions of the tender.
