First Deputy Mayor of Moscow Vladimir Resin was elected chairman of Minsk-city supervisory Board, BelTA was told in the ITERA press service. The management company has been set up to implement a large-scale architectural project in Belarus. The Minsk-City company will construct a mini-city in the Belarusian capital by 2020. The mini-city will occupy 318 hectares and will include a business centre, trading and entertainment facilities, a residential area and social facilities. The project is preliminarily estimated at $4.8 billion. The strategic partner is the ITERA International Group of Companies. the Minsk-City company includes the construction company SU-155 that will act as a technical customer and general contractor and the Minsk city real estate centre representing the Minsk City Council. |
