09 November 2017 → For three hours the Federation Cup’s main trophy will be displayed at the city’s Town Hall

On November 10, from 8:30 to 11:30, the main trophy of the tennis Federation Cup will be displayed at the Minsk City Hall, the "Minsk-Novosti" Agency correspondent was told at the Press Service of the Belarusian Tennis Federation.

On this day in the Town Hall, the teams of Belarus and the United State will have a ceremony of drawing lots of teams which in the finals will have to challenge the title of the winner. The national team started collecting for the competitions on October 23 at the courts of the National Tennis Academy and on October 30 the team moved to "Chizhovka-Arena". The Captain of the team Eduard Dubrov counts on Arina Sobolenko, Alexandra Sasnovich, Vera Lapko, Lydia Morozova. Young and perspective tennis players - Anna Kubareva, Victoria Kanapatskaya, Ekaterina Pavlenko, Nika Shitkovskaya are also involved in the process of the preparation of the national team.

The US team will arrive in Minsk on November 5, and a day later they will start training at the "Chizhovka Arena" complex. The Mentor of the American team Kathy Rinaldi summoned Coco Vandevage, Sloan Stevens, Shelby Rogers and Alison Riske to the training camp.

It will be recalled that the matches are scheduled for 11 (two single meetings) and on November 12 (two singles and one pair).
